First Maintenance Inspection

First Maintenance insepction means the iniital inspection performed on a OWTS and system site, and to asses whether any repairs and/ or replacments are necessary. The spetic tank and / or other componetns of the system are usually pumped as part of this insepction to facilitate the evaluation of the current condition of the OWTS. First maintenance insepctions involves the location of OWTS components and more detailed data gathering that are usually necessary for subsequent routine inspections. Insepction costs range from $75-$250

Rountine Maintenance Insepction:

Routine maintenance insepction means an inspection performed at a period of time after the first maintenace insepction of an OWTS and system site to determine the need for pumping, establish future inspection and to assess whether any repairs and/ or replacments are necessary. Inspection costs range from $75-$100

Functional Inspection:
